While searching for a Patagonia showroom in Tokyo, I took a taxi. Upon reaching the location, the driver realized that the showroom wasn’t on the main road but down an inner street. To my surprise, he parked the car on the busy street, turned on the emergency blinkers, and led me to the showroom himself. He guided me through the streets, ensured I reached the correct spot, and then left with a smile, not expecting a tip. He was genuinely happy to have gone the extra mile for a customer.
